TT Yoga Day 09 - Understanding who I am


Today I was a bit worried. Kas has not being feeling good. He has a back pain it is raining hard and I missed my schedule. I think I am becoming easier because I was not upset.

I did the theory first which was mind blowing. We learned the basic of the nervous system and how hatha yoga is there to balance our positives and negatives. In a magic way Manish explained the basics and was deeper than everything I have learned before. The properties of hatha yoga are not magical, are logical if we think that we are who we are due to the neurological patterns we create along our lives. We can definitely learnt to control the way we react to any situation if we understand how our nervous system works and that is yoga. With this information in mind we had to meditate about: Who am I? How do I think I am perceived by the outside world? This is the first time that breathing consciously I asked myself this question... and I have to admit that I never did before and I am looking for an answer now. With this in mind, I did the practice and it was so beautiful!
