Today it stopped raining and before my yoga training we went for a walk with the dogs. In Spring, when it has rained for a couple of days, the sky opens up again and the forest is full of surprises. It is like living in a different place every day. I love when fern are opening up, they roll out with what I imagine must be a great effort. From the inside to the outside..... just like Buddha perhaps. We learned today that sometimes, what might be seen as egoism, is necessary to go inside ourselves and find the universe within, break the boundaries and then explode....just like fern do while growing.
Great Vinyasa class. I think the tech challenges are being defeated so far. I am so glad to be on this journey.
